C.A. Technologies 51-214 2.5-Gallon Bottom Outlet Pressure Pot with Dual Regulators and Air Agitator
Bottom outlet delivery. Separate pressure adjustments. Continuous mixing.
The C.A. Technologies 51-214 combines bottom outlet material
delivery, dual pressure regulation, and an air-powered agitator
in a compact 2.5-gallon tank. Adjust tank pressure and spray-gun
atomizing air separately while keeping compatible coatings
mixed during application.
Material exits through the bottom of the tank rather than
traveling up a lid-mounted pickup tube. This direct delivery
path can be useful for compatible higher-viscosity coatings
and adhesives. The agitator helps reduce settling in materials
that require continued mixing.
Built from heavy-gauge steel, this non-ASME pressure pot includes
wheels for positioning around the shop. Stationary feet are
available as an option for fixed installations.

Adjust delivery and atomization while maintaining mixing
One regulator adjusts tank pressure for material delivery.
The second adjusts atomizing air supplied to the spray gun.
Separate pressure adjustments help you establish suitable
spray settings, while the agitator maintains material movement
according to the coating supplier's mixing requirements.
Match the pot to your application
Choose the 51-214 when your process needs bottom outlet delivery,
independent pressure control, and ongoing agitation. Its compact
capacity provides a practical material supply for smaller
industrial batches, furniture components, automotive parts,
and coating trials.
Match the tank, agitator, fluid hose, and spray gun to your
material's viscosity and required flow. Confirm compatibility
with the steel tank, wetted components, and seals. Allow for
the compressed-air demand of both the agitator and spray gun.
For catalyzed materials, plan batch size and cleanup around
the coating's pot life.
Put bottom outlet delivery, dual regulation, and mixing to work.
