WAGNER IceBreaker Leopard 48-110 High-Pressure Piston Pump
The WAGNER IceBreaker Leopard 48-110 is a
stainless-steel pneumatic piston pump for professional Airless
coating applications. Its 48:1 ratio and high-pressure output
support industrial metal finishing, protective-coating work,
extended fluid-hose runs, and properly configured multi-gun systems.

maintenance. Coating suitability depends on material compatibility
and the complete system configuration.
Multiple-Gun Capability
Properly configured systems can support up to
6 guns with 0.013-inch tips or
3 guns with 0.017-inch tips. Actual capacity
depends on coating viscosity, pressure, hose dimensions,
tip selection, and available compressed-air volume.
Supplied as a Bare Pump
Mounting equipment, air controls, filters, material-supply
components, hoses, spray guns, and tips are selected separately.
Wall brackets, carts, and other system accessories are available.
Installation and Operation
Provide clean, dry, regulated compressed air with sufficient
pressure and volume for the application. Fluid components must
be compatible with the coating and rated for the maximum system
working pressure. Follow WAGNER instructions for installation,
grounding, pressure relief, operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
