C.A. Technologies 51-512 Bottom Outlet 5-Gallon Pressure Tank
Feed heavier coatings with control from the bottom of the tank.
When a coating needs a larger fluid outlet, the C.A. Technologies 51-512
gives your spray setup a 5-gallon, bottom-outlet pressure tank with a
3/4-inch fluid outlet and ball valve. Its two regulators allow separate
adjustment of tank pressure and atomizing air for a pressure-feed spray gun.
The non-ASME tank is built from heavy-gauge steel with a baked-on finish.
Four casters make it easier to position in the shop; stationary feet are
available as an option. The 51-512 does not include an
agitator, so confirm whether your material requires continuous mixing
before ordering.

Is this the right tank for your coating?
The bottom outlet can help feed materials that are difficult to draw through
a conventional top-outlet pickup. Your coating’s viscosity, required flow,
fluid hose, and spray gun still need to be matched as a system. For
water-containing materials, ask about tank-material compatibility; a
stainless steel tank may be the better choice for routine use.
Pressure and safety: The manufacturer specifies that this
non-ASME tank must not be pressurized above 15 psi when spraying
flammable materials. Follow the product manual and the coating
manufacturer’s instructions. The tank’s general maximum pressure is 80 psi.
