A Word About Surface Temperature

Air Spray Tech Consulting
Tech Corner

Another area of concern is the surface temperature of the part.

It matters not what you are painting, surface temperature is important. A low or a high temperature can impact how your liquid coating films will form and could have an impact on the protection that this film would provide. As a general statement, the surface temperature should be no less that 54 degrees F and no more than 95 degrees F. Check with the manufacture of the coating if you have any question.
