    Each 36-XXX-F Opti-Tip code defines fan pattern and orifice size:

    • 36- = C.A. Technologies Opti-Tip

    • First digit (X) = Fan angle (add a zero → 2 = 20°)

    • Second digit (X) = Spray pattern width in inches at 12" (multiply by 2)

    • Last two digits (XX) = Orifice size in thousandths of an inch

    Example: 36-207-F → 20° fan, 4" spray pattern, 0.007" orifice.
